To our clients

In order to improve our operational efficiency and mitigate the impact on the environment, our company is reducing the use of paper. Therefore, our communications will be carried out, preferably, by e-mail. However, official documents will continue to be on paper pursuant to the standards and habits established by the authorities.

We request the use of conventional mail for patent certificates, trademark certificates, certified copies and documents bearing original signatures.

To our staff

We hereby inform our new waste-handling policies and require to conduct waste separation, identifying organic waste products.
We also require the proper disposal of electronic waste products, using the Inventory forms created to recycle such materials.
