We obtained the registration of the trademark ANACOR negotiating with the holder of an earlier Registration for a trademark with which the latter was confusing similar entering into a coexistence agreement.
We later represented this company when its registration for this trademark was appealed by a multinational pharmaceutical firm, alleging that this trademark encroached another trademark previously registered by them in Mexico. The Institute sustained the validity of the ANACOR trademark.
