Patricia M. Duarte

Biochemical Engineer.

Graduated from the National School of Biological Sciences of the National Polytechnic Institute in 1981, with postgraduate studies in Food Technology at the National Polytechnic Institute from 1985 to 1988. Biochemical researcher at the Mexican Technological Research Institute (IMIT), 1983 to 1995, at the time the Institute was closed down.

With the firm since 1995, Ms. Duarte has been directly involved in the processing and maintenance of hundreds of Patents, Utility and Industrial Models. She is currently the responsible for the Patent Department and is authorized to handle affairs with the Mexican Institute of Industrial property (IMPI). Languages: Spanish and English. She is a member of the Mexican Association for Industrial Property Protection, A.C. (AMPPI). Recently attended the on-line course "Introduction to Patent Preparation and Prosecution" by Georgia Tech.
